Where our houses are
Every house in this catalogue is in Jávea, Benissa or Benitachell, within a twenty-minute radius. In Jávea we have them in the Arenal, in Cala Blanca, in the Port and in the old town; in Benissa, beside Cala Baladrar; in Benitachell, in Cumbre del Sol.
We don't work with houses we haven't seen. We have visited every one, we know how the morning sun falls on it, what you hear at night and how long it takes to walk to the beach. That is why each listing tells you who the house works for, not just how many beds it has.
What booking with us means
We are a small management company in Jávea, not a portal. When you write, you get a reply from someone who was in the house that same week, and if something comes up during your stay we are a short drive away.
The price depends on the dates, so you won't see a fixed figure here: it is worked out when you choose your days. Booking directly, you don't pay the commission the platforms add on.
When to come
Summer fills up early: for July and August it is worth looking months ahead. May, June and September are quieter and the sea is still warm.
From October to April the coast changes pace and is left almost to the locals. If you are after a longer stay, we have a separate seasonal-let catalogue.
FAQs
Where exactly are the houses?
In Jávea (Xàbia), Benissa and Benitachell. In Jávea we have apartments on Arenal beach and in the Port, and houses and villas in Cala Blanca, El Tosalet and the old town; in Benissa, beside Cala Baladrar. On the map in each listing we mark the area with a circle, not the front door: the exact address is given once the booking is confirmed.
How much does a week cost?
It depends on the dates, which is why you won't see a fixed price in the catalogue. Choose your days in the house's calendar and it will give you the real amount for that stay. Booking here, you don't pay the commission the platforms add on.
Do all the houses have a pool?
Not all of them, and it is worth checking first. Some have a private pool — Villa Vistes, with its infinity pool above Cala Baladrar, or Villa Sueño in El Tosalet — and others a communal pool inside the development, such as Arenal Breeze or La Ventana Azul. Each listing says which.
Are there houses on the seafront?
Yes. Arenal Breeze is on the front line of Arenal beach, and several apartments are a few steps from the sea in Cala Blanca and in the Port of Jávea. If that is what you are after, tell us and we'll say which are free on your dates.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 11:00. If your flight or your journey doesn't fit those times, write to us and we'll look into it: sometimes it can be adjusted.
Are pets allowed?
No. Smoking inside the house and parties are not allowed either, and you cannot exceed the number of people stated in the listing.
Do you let to groups of friends?
The houses are let to families, and we do not accept groups where everyone is under 30. It is a condition set by the owners and we always apply it, so it is better to know before booking.
Is there anything to sign, or a deposit?
Yes: you sign a rental contract and leave a security deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order. It is standard practice in serious holiday letting and it protects both sides.
