On the Costa Blanca there are fewer and fewer homes available and more and more people looking, both local and from abroad. That has pushed prices up and filled the area with middlemen in a hurry.

If I buy a house, can you manage it for me?

Yes, that is what we do. We manage holiday and seasonal lettings on the Costa Blanca, and before you buy we can tell you how a house performs given its area, its size and whether it has a pool or sea views.

What does it cost to have you look at my case?

Nothing. We look at the property, compare it with what's moving in the area and tell you what we see — even if the conclusion is that we can't help.

Do you work with foreign buyers?

Yes. We've spent years dealing with people from northern Europe day in, day out, and we answer in Spanish and English.

Can I keep letting it while it's on the market?

Yes, and in many cases it's the sensible thing: the house carries on earning while the right buyer turns up, instead of sitting idle.
