Holiday rentals near Moraira
We don't have houses inside Moraira. We have two on the Benissa coast, a few minutes' drive from Moraira harbour, each with a pool and next to a cove. If you want Moraira but quieter nights, they'll suit you.
Moraira, a few minutes from the house
Moraira belongs to the municipality of Teulada. It has a marina, a fish market, the castle by l'Ampolla beach and a promenade of restaurants that fills up on summer evenings. It's where you go to eat, shop and stroll.
Our houses are just to the south, on the Benissa coast, next to Cala Baladrar. Rocky coastline, no promenade and no noise: swim in the cove in the morning, head up to Moraira in the evening. Calp and the Peñón de Ifach are within easy reach too.
Where to stay, depending on your trip
- As a couple: Casita Baladrar, a small house with a private pool, by the cove.
- With family or friends: Villa Vistes, with an infinity pool and sea views.
- For a sandy beach and everything on foot: the Arenal in Jávea, about half an hour away.

Can I walk to Moraira?
It's not usual: there's a road and some steep hills. Driving or a taxi is easier.

L'Ampolla, next to the castle, and the smaller El Portet, in a cove between residential areas.
