Stays of a month and upwards
A seasonal let is for staying: one to nine months, depending on the house. It is neither a residential tenancy nor a week's holiday, but the middle ground — spending the winter here, covering a work relocation or trying the area out before taking a bigger step.
For each house we state the minimum stay, because they don't all take the same. Some are let only by full months and others have a minimum of six.
Winter on the Costa Blanca
From October to June the Costa Blanca turns quiet and mild. It is when the remote workers come, the people escaping northern Europe and those who prefer the area without the summer crowds.
The houses are in Jávea, Dénia and Benitachell, all well connected and set up for everyday living: a full kitchen, a washing machine, heating and somewhere to work.
How it is arranged
A long stay is signed with a contract and a deposit, as you would expect when someone is going to live in a house for several months. Utilities and the specific terms we look at case by case.

FAQs
How is it different from a holiday let?
The length. A holiday let is by the day or the week; a seasonal let is a month and upwards, with a contract and a deposit. It is not a residential tenancy: it is a long stay with an end date.
What is the minimum stay?
It depends on the house and is stated on each one: Cumbre Zen takes one to two months, Casa Mistral three to nine, Villa Valentina two to six and the Cala Blanca apartment from six. Villa Moscatel, in Jesús Pobre, is let only for the full month of August.
How much is it a month?
It varies with the house, the length of stay and the time of year: winter is not the same as summer. Write to us with the dates you have in mind and we'll send you the price for that particular stay.
Are they set up for remote working?
Yes. They all have Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a washing machine, and several have a work space set up. These are houses for everyday living, not just for sleeping a few nights.
Can I spend the winter on the Costa Blanca?
That is exactly what this catalogue is most used for. From October to June the Costa Blanca is quiet and mild, and the houses are let to people escaping northern Europe, working remotely or wanting to try the area before moving.
Who pays for electricity and water?
On long stays, utilities are agreed case by case, depending on the house and the months. We tell you clearly before anything is signed.
