VILLA HERBEN

The property consists of two independent floors: the ground floor is inhabited by the owners and the upper floor is the one for rent, with independent access via stairs.

The upper floor has a large naya overlooking the garden and swimming pool. As you enter, you will find the living/dining room, separated by a small step. The kitchen, next to the dining room, is fully equipped, and there is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.

The bedrooms are bright and spacious. The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom and lovely views. Another bedroom has two single beds, one of which is a trundle bed, with a ceiling fan. The third bedroom also has two single beds and a ceiling fan. These last two rooms share a bathroom.
