Overlooking the sea, and very close to the beautiful Baladrar and Advocat coves. This charming villa has a private pool and terrace with barbecue, and offers three comfortable bedrooms, modern kitchen and working area with WiFi.
The villa offers three bedrooms with comfortable double beds, large modern open plan kitchen with breakfast bar leading to the living room where there is a large sofa and a 55’ Smart TV. There are also several work areas with Wifi.
It has two terraces with incredible views, one of them with barbecue and a big table, infinity pool and some sun loungers and sofas in the pool area. There is also a small gym area, with punching bags and various weights.
Although it is equipped with air conditioning, it is a cool house where the breeze blows and the temperature is usually good.
It is a quiet residential area, only a few minutes drive from Benissa and Moraira. You can also walk to coves such as Baladrar.
